To register for Xenoiasto Melissi, you must first complete the online application form. After sending it, you will receive an email that your application has been received and is being processed. Within 3 business days, you will receive a new email informing you whether your reservation has been confirmed or you are on a waiting list.

You will then follow the registration procedures of your fund. You must pay the amount in advance according to the financial terms listed below. At the end of the period, you will receive the receipt and supporting documents, which you deposit at your Fund.

Financial terms:

Each camping period lasts 15 days. The price for the A' and D' periods is €680. The price for the B' and C' periods is €700. The price for the E' period is €630. There are no discounts in any period. 

The reservation of the place is finalized by depositing the advance payment of 300 euros and the payment of the amount must be made no later than 10 days before the start of each camp period. As a depositor, in the justification of the bank transaction, you must necessarily  note the name and surname of the child and the camp period. In both cases (advance payment, payment), please send us the receipt of the deposit via email.

The payment is made via bank.

In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded when the cancellation is made up to 10 days before the start of the camp period.

In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the camp period, the deposit is withheld and the remaining amount is refunded.

In case of early departure of the child, half of the money is refunded when the departure takes place within the first 5 days of the period: e.g. if the camp period starts on Monday (first day), the refund is made if a camper leaves by Friday (fifth day).

For reservations of fewer days (in case of possible departure) no money is refunded.
