| To make a reservation at Xegnoiasto Melissi, first contact your Fund when they start registration for the camps.
When your registration is confirmed by your Fund, you should enter the site of the Xegnoiasto Melissi camp, and fill out the participation application online. |

| In order to register at Xegnoiasto Melissi, you must first fill out the participation application online. After sending it you will receive an email that your application has been received and is being processed. Within 3 working days you will receive a new email confirming your booking.
You will then follow your fund's registration procedures. You should advance the amount according to the financial terms mentioned below. At the end of the period you get the receipt and a certificate which you deposit in your Fund to get most of the amount back to you. Financial terms: The price for a camping period of 15 days is 680 euros except for the 5th period (17/8 - 31/8) which is 600 euros and no discounts are given in any period. The reservation of the place is finalized with the deposit of the advance which is 300 euros and the payment of the amount should be made no later than 10days before the start of each camping period. As a depositor, you put necessarily the child's name and the camp period in the justification. In both cases (advance payment, payment), please send us the bank receipt by e-mail. Payment must be made to the bank. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded, when it is done up to 10 days before the start of the camping season. In case of early withdrawal of the child, half of the money is refunded when the withdrawal occurs within the first 5 days of the period: e.g. if the camp period starts on Monday (first day), the refund is made if a camper leaves by Friday (fifth day).
