EDOEAP (Unified Journalistic Organization of Auxiliary Health Insurance)

To register for Xenoiasto Melissi, you must first complete the online application form. After submitting it, you will receive an email stating that your application has been received and is being processed. Within 3 business days, you will receive a new email informing you whether your reservation has been confirmed or you are on a waiting list. 

You will then follow the registration procedures of your fund. 

Financial terms:

Each camping period lasts 15 days. The price for the A' and D' periods is 680 euros. The price for the B' and C' periods is 700 euros. The price for the E' period is 630 euros. There are no discounts in any period. 

Depending on the amount approved by EDOEAP, you will pay the remaining amount up to 680 euros or 700 euros or 630 euros depending on the period. Upon your arrival at the camp, you will hand over the letter of guarantee ("note") from EDOEAP and you will receive the receipt of the money you have paid. In case of early departure of the child, no money will be refunded. 

The payment must be made no later than 10 days before the start of the camp period. As a depositor, in the justification of the bank transaction, you must necessarily  note the name and surname of the child and the camp period. After completing the transaction, please send us the deposit receipt via email.

Payment is made via bank transfer.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount is refunded when the cancellation is made no later than 10 days before the start of the camping season.
