To register at Xenoiasto Melissi, you must complete the participation application online. After submitting it, you will receive an email that your application has been received and is in processing. Within 3 business days, you will receive a new email informing you whether your reservation has been confirmed or you are on a waiting list.

You will then follow the registration procedures of your fund. You must pay the participation amount according to the financial terms listed below. After the end of the period, you will receive the receipt and supporting documents that you deposit at the Fund.

Financial conditions:

Each camp period lasts 15 days. The price for the A' and D' periods is €680. The price for the B' and C' periods is €700. The price for the E' period is €630. 

In order to finalize the reservation of the place, interested parties must deposit their participation amount, which is set at 117.00 euros for the A' and D' periods, €137.00 for the B' and C' periods and €67.00 for the E' period, no later than 10 days before the start of the camp period. After the end of the period, they submit the supporting documents to SYPA and, once they have received the amount of 562.95 euros, they deposit it into the camp's account. The justification for each bank transaction must necessarily  state the name and surname of the child and the camp period. 

In both cases (advance payment, payment in full), please send us the proof of deposit via email.

In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded when it is made up to 10 days before the start of the camping season.

In the event of a child's early withdrawal, half of the money is refunded when the withdrawal occurs within the first 5 days of the period: e.g. if the camp period starts on Monday (first day), the refund is made if a camper leaves by Friday (fifth day).
